*Please note that all USPS express orders must be placed by 12pm PT, Mon-Fri, in order to go out the same day. Express orders placed Sat-Sun and/or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently ship to all 50 states in the USA.
Want us to ship international? We currently don't offer international shipping but we will look into making it happen for you. Email us at info@wiesmade.com or use our contact page to send us a message before placing your order. We will get back to you within 12 hours.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
All orders are shipped using USPS. Please allow up to 24 hours after placing your order for it to be shipped. Once shipped it will take 2-5 business days. Need it in a hurry? Drop us a note at info@wiesmade.com or use our contact page.
All express orders placed Mon-Fri before 12pm PT will be shipped the same day and arrive within the express shipping time requested. For all express orders placed Sat-Sun and/or on holidays, your order will ship on the next business day.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
30-DAY POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return can only be accepted if they were purchased from wiesmade.com and will be refunded to original payment type and or card.
To start a return, send us a note at info@wiesmade.com. Please include which items from your order you would like to return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on "final sale" items or gift cards.
exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@wiesmade.com.
how do i request a return or exchange?
Send a return label request to info@wiesmade.com. Please indicate which items from your order you would like a return label for. We will generate a label and email it to you within 24 hours. Drop it off at any USPS location. We recommend getting a drop of receipt. Returns are processed within 7 business days after they are received at our warehouse.
If you have feedback on the design you are returning or exchanging, we'd love to hear from you on how we can be better. Email us at info@wiesmade.com. Please note that in an effort to reduce waste, we don't include a packing slip in your order. Refer to your order confirmation email for order details.
do you offer free turns and exchanges?
Absolutely! We've got your back. As long as the product has not been washed, worn or damaged. Please see our return policy for more info.
