The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with rights regarding how your data or personal information is treated. Shipping

All orders are shipped using USPS. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please reach out to us at info@wiesmade.com or use our contact page to send us a message.

*Please note that all USPS express orders must be placed by 12pm PT, Mon-Fri, in order to go out the same day.Express orders placed Sat-Sun and/or holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 states in the USA. 

Want us to ship international? We currently don't offer international shipping but we will look into making it happen for you. Email us at info@wiesmade or use our contact page to send us a message before placing your order. We will get back to you within 12 hours. 

How long will my order take?

All orders are shipped using USPS. Please allow up to 24 hours after placing your order for it to be shipped. Once shipped it will take 2-5 business days. Need it in a hurry? Drop us a note at info@wiesmade.com or use our contact page.

All express orders placed Mon-Fri before 12pm PT will be shipped the same day and arrive within the express shipping time requested. For all express orders placed Sat-Sun and/or on holidays, your order will ship on the next business day.

Returns and exchanges

We make things that are bound to be your new favorites and outlast others. So lets keep it simple... Did something not work out? We're here to make it right. 

How do I request a return or exchange?

Use the return label included in your order. Drop it off at any USPS location. We recommend getting a drop of receipt. Returns are processed within 7 business days after they are received at our warehouse (aka The Barn). 

If you have feedback on the design you are returning or exchanging, we'd love to hear from you on how we can be better. Email us at info@wiesmade or use our contact page for any fit or order questions.

Please note that in an effort to reduce waste, we don't include a packing slip in your order. Refer to your order confirmation email for order details.
