Personal information we collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. Do not track
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

*Please note that all USPS express orders must be placed by 12pm PT, Mon-Fri, in order to go out the same day.Express orders placed Sat-Sun and/or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 states in the USA.
Want us to ship international? We currently don't offer international shipping but we will look into making it happen for you. Email us at info@wiesmade or use our contact page to send us a message before placing your order. We will get back to you within 12 hours.
How long will my order take?
All orders are shipped using USPS. Please allow up to 24 hours after placing your order for it to be shipped. Once shipped it will take 2-5 business days. Need it in a hurry? Drop us a note at email@example.com or use our contact page.
All express orders placed Mon-Fri before 12pm PT will be shipped the same day and arrive within the express shipping time requested. For all express orders placed Sat-Sun and/or on holidays, your order will ship on the next business day.

Returns and exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return can only be accepted if they were purchased from wiesmade.com and will be refunded to original payment type and or card.
To start a return, send us a note at email@example.com. Please include which items from your order you would like to return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on "final sale" items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How do I request a return or exchange?
Send a return label request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please indicate which items from your order you would like a return label for. We will generate a label and email it to you within 24 hours. Drop it off at any USPS location. We recommend getting a drop of receipt. Returns are processed within 7 business days after they are received at our warehouse.
If you have feedback on the design you are returning or exchanging, we'd love to hear from you on how we can be better. Email us at info@wiesmade. Please note that in an effort to reduce waste, we don't include a packing slip in your order. Refer to your order confirmation email for order details.
