Step it up from a hoodie with comfort and practical style. 14oz Diagonal knit creates a textured facing with soft premium cotton French terry on the inside. Double stitched seams for timeless quality with a hint of structure that keeps you looking sharp. Contrast keyholes in the same tobacco thread we use for our jeans. True to size with a bit of extra length in the body. We knit our French Terry to have a bit more weight and structure to improve the drape and ensure a flattering look.

FIT & CARE GUIDE

Our tops tend to fit tailored and a bit long too accommodate; 1/2 to 1" shrink. If you prefer a fitted look, order your normal size. If you prefer a little room, size up! We designed our custom 100% cotton knit fabrics to be durable and heavy. Wash cold inside out and hang dry or tumble low. After wash they will snug up, but relax with wear.

Crafted with premium natural fiber, our  14oz French Terry is no lightweight. 100% Premium combed and ringspun American cotton. Knit tight for long wearing durability and a more flattering fit. The diagonal knit adds a subtle texture on the facing. Our family run knit mill is Higgs certified and uses a recycled water process for dye to minimize water usage.The buttons for our shawl collar cardigan are made in Connecticut. Cut and sewn in our family-run shop in Los Angeles, California.

    Ridiculously amazing quality!

    Inexpensive? No. But you get what you pay for in this life. And the fact that it's made here, and made SO well, makes it money well spent. I'll be back for more.

    Stylish, well made sweater

    The sweater is stylish and well made. Definitely more refined than my American Giant hoodie. Nice that it's all us produced. I wanted to post because I was uncertain about what size to order. I'm 6 ft 1 in, 195 lb with an athletic build including my chest. I ordered size medium, and it fits great. I wouldn't size up unless you really want it baggy.

    Beautifully Made

    I bought this cardigan for me but decided to go with the men's version because I wanted a longer length and more oversize fit. As soon as I tried it on I knew I had made the right choice for what I wanted. The fabric has a comforting weight to it and the oversize/more slouchy men's sizing on me means I can wear it comfortably with layers underneath. I do have to take it to the tailor to have the sleeves shortened, but this is a high quality staple piece and so I don't mind the additional expense.

    I do want to mention that the gray is a bit lighter in person than it looked on my screen, but it was not enough of a difference to be an issue.

    I am super happy with this purchase. The marketing regarding the quality is spot on.

    this is a special piece

    This cardigan is not only perfectly made, fits perfectly but literally works for almost every situation i can thin of. It can be dressed up, casual and down due to the fabric. It's a super high quality sweatshirt material, so it's comfortable like a hoodie but better. I still love a great hoodie, but i'd take this over a hoodie if i had to choose one. It allows for a diversity of looks that can't be duplicated.
